Al Green “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” Video
Al Green appeared and performed on last night’s episode of NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.The legendary crooner will release his new album “Lay It Down”,on May 27th. Green collaborated with artists like John Legend, Corrine Baily Rae, Anthony Hamilton and The Roots’ Ahmir “?uestlove” Thompson on the project.Here’s what he had to say about working with ?uestlove:
“I’ve never heard anything quite like it, ’cause I’ve never had anybody produce me other than Willie Mitchell.”"And when you give these young kids a shot at it, it’s interesting to see the art they make. It’s beautiful.”
