Beyonce 4 Tracklisting (Deluxe Edition Included)

Melinda Tommy | June 4, 2011

After a nine-month break from the music scene where she was supposedly on vacation, Beyonce is back to take over her throne.

Beyonce has been creating some major headlines with her upcoming fourth CD called 4 that will be out on June 28th, with an impressive yet borrowed performance by Italian artist Lorella Cuccarini at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, one on “American Idol” and on the Oprah Winfrey show, the release of several tracks such as “Run The World (Girls)”, “End Of Time” and her romantic track “1+1″, the beauty has now unveiled the official track-list for the album and the deluxe version that will be out the same day.

We were a bit disappointed to learn that out of 72 tracks recorded, Beyonce’s label Columbia/Sony selected only 12 songs for the LP.

Here is the tracklisting for the CD:

1. 1+1
2. I Care
3. I Miss You
4. Best Thing I Never Had
5. Party feat. Andre 3000
6. Rather Die Young
7. Start Over
8. Love on Top
9. Countdown
10. End of Time
11. I Was Here
12. Run The World (Girls)

As we wait for the full CD to surface, we have learned that she has sampled the song called La Di Da Di by Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh for the record “Party,” which features rapper André 3000 and was produced by Kanye West.

According to reports Ryan Tedder, Ester Dean and Frank Ocean have also contributed the project.

Like her or hate her, you have to admit that Beyonce is definitely taking some major artistic risks this time around by experimenting with new sounds and outwardly concepts.

While her sale numbers say one thing thus far (none of the songs released from 4 have made it on Billboard’s top 20), it seems that her fans are intrigued by her work and are eager to pick up her CD.

We do not expect her to sell one million records in one week like Lady Gaga but the CD will not be a complete failure neither.
