beyonce did a wonderful job. she is a legend and will be remembered for her timeless and beautiful performances. shes the closest entertainer to MJ. he even acknowledged it himself. no one can sing and perform like michael or beyonce. they are in their own leagues. people need to appreciate beyonce now before she is gone.
Oh please get over it “Befunke” stans! Her rendition of Ave Maria was nice but the outfit was hideous! What did Ave Maria, which means hail mary, not angel, have to do with a tribute to MJ? She does that same tired old routine YAWN at all of her concerts. Also why does she have the need to wear those skimpy tacky outfits if she is so secure with her fame? That is why she is called Befunke by a lot of people because she just looks STANK! She sang her rendition of Ave Maria to Jay-Z when they got married. That is why she and Amanda Ghost wrote the song. That is where the wedding dress came from.
First of all get over yourself. Why everytime someone has an opinion they are hating. You have the know the history of the song so for most that might require some reading. The act Beyounce performed on stage was cla** less an insulting. If you are creole (culture) like you claim Beyounce then you would know that must people in South Louisiana are Catholic and is a slap in the face to take something religious (song about virgin Mary) and dress like a tramp. She did not justice to that song in other words it has been song better. Most people at the awards did a tribute to MJ but of course not her how selfish. Just maybe Beyounce dress like a street walker to make up for the lack of talent she actual has.

Why is it that when someone states their opinion and someone else disagree’s it’s considerted “hating”? I don’t think anyone is hating on Beyonce. They are just stating their opininon. I must say I was turned off by the outfit because it did not fit the song. My mother saw the outfit and completely went off because it is a religious song and the outfit was just plain wrong.
Why is it that we hold these celebrity’s in such high regard when for the most part they could care less about us? Most don’t sign autographs or stop to a waving fan or take pictures unless it is caught on camera for the world to see.

The song not Spanish, it’s Latin. Ave Maria = Hail Mary, as in, the Catholic prayer. Not to worry, I’m sure Beyonce herself had no clue what she was singing either! Which is why I really think she should have respectfully left the song alone.
