Beyonce Janet Jackson Feud – Even a blind person could see this one coming.Beyonce’s recent comments on Janet Jackson has gotten her into some trouble according to reports.The National Enquirer claims:
“…The Jackson family came from Gary, Indiana and there was a time they barely squeaked by. But Janet has many loving memories and is incensed that Beyonce would make a crack like that.”
“She feels Beyonce went out of her way to tell the world she’s from the upper class and the Jacksons were like a bunch of dirty gutter rats.”
“Janet is proud of her family and how they came from nothing and became superstars.”
“Not only is Janet telling everyone who will listen that Beyonce has a lot of growing up to do and that she needs to stop trying to impress everyone, she’s planning to confront Beyonce herself and read her the riot act.”
Here is what Beyonce said that pissed Janet off:
“I grew up upper class. Private school.” “My dad had a Jaguar. We’re African-American and we work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons, but I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation.”

I don’t think she intended it to be rude, it sounds like a clumsy way of saying that they didn’t “need” to use her to get out of a bad situation, it is not a direct insult to the jacksons- she obviously loves the jacksons and she loved michael too. These celebs are very carb deprived and if they are not cranky they might be clumsy.
Her intention seemed to be geared towards saying that African Americans are not just able to make money by art and music but they are noble and educated people. S

Miss Janet is the prototype that Bey created herself from, besides when she sang for Janet at the MTV icon awards with D-C, they sucked at trying to remix a beautiful song their way. Okay, all of the name calling needs to cease. Beyonce does have her own style for her time, however, she like many artists has taken a little here and there from many artists in the past. Yes, including Janet Jackson, if not especially Janet Jackson. Janet Jackson along with Paula Abdul were among if not the first females to incoporate dancing of Beyonce’s magnitude, so heavily into their solo careers. As far as Beyonce’s comment, what she said was disrespectful. I do not believe she meant to be disrespectful, but it was. She basically said that their family work together which only she can attest to, but on the other hand she said that the jackson family did not work together (Mainly their parents). Now as far as Joseph Jackson pushing and or introducing his children to music, I believe was more of him trying to live his dream through them instead of trying to make a buck to get by. Joseph Jackson from my understanding in a band with his brother. Thier band was so promising that their dream of having a record deal seemed possible. Plus, Joseph Jackson was a crane operator. For an African American family during that time, I have to say – I believe they were doing pretty good to have taken care of children on one income and to be able to travel the way they did to get the publicity they needed to be what they became and still are today. Once they became popular, I am pretty sure he was getting some of the money. By the way, it was his money and time he spent to get them up to stars. Plus he was there manager. Just like any manager of a celebrity gets paid, so should he.

Everyone, I’m sure that this response has been taken out of context. Until you see the entire interview you do not know what lead to the answer. Janet paved the way for Becyonce, thats a given. I think Beyonce’s answer is simply pointing out that the public thinks that blacks have to sing, dance, or play sports to make money; Beyonce is saying that she sings because she wanted too, that they didn’t need the money to survive and they had a more prosperous home than perhaps that Jacksons may have had. I’m a Janet and a Beyonce fan…and my level of intelect isn’t a factor! Lol!
