Beyonce Pictures Performing ‘I Was Here’ At The U.N. Surface
Few pictures of Beyonce performing her powerful ballad “I Was Here” at the General Assembly Hall of United Nations Headquarters in New York on Friday night and there is one word to describe it -breathtaking.
The diva wore a white gown, little makeup, and belted the track in front of a live audience that included CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, activist Laurent Vieira de Mello, Deputy Secretary General Jan Eliasson and U.K. Ambassador to the U.N., Sir Mark Lyall Grant.
The room which normally receives world leaders for either great speeches or wild rants was transformed into a beautiful starry nights thanks to lasers and projections.
