Via a chat session on Youtube, Bruno Mars has released a new song called “Locked Out Of Heaven” which is set to be the first single off his upcoming sophomore album “Unorthodox Jukebox” that will arrive in stores on December 11th, 2012.

“Locked Out Of Heaven” which was written by the Smeezingtons (Mars, Philip Lawrence and Ari Levine) and produced by an A Team composed of Mark Ronson, Jeff Bhasker, Emile Haynie has 1980′s feel to it.

Over a funk/pop beat the crooner revealed that while his girl is giving all the love that he needs- he feels like he has been locked out of heaven for too long.

The “Grenade” singer is set to perform “Locked Out Of Heaven” on Saturday Night Live on October 20th.
