Chris Brown Probation Revoked
Chris Brown might be going to jail for four years.
On Monday morning, judge James R. Brandlin announced that he was revoking probation for Chris Brown in his 2009 conviction for his assault of Rihanna.
Brown was dragged to court by the L.A. County District Attorney to have his case reviewed after it was revealed that he was involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred in May (while this might be bizarre the woman whose car was hit by Brown appeared in court to beg the judge not to jail the star).
While no one was injured, it was eventually revealed that the Virginia native was driving without a license. The singer tweeted during the ruling:
“I did everything I was supposed to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!!My cross is heavy but God gives me the strength to carry it.”
Brown remains a free man on his own recognizance and will return to court for a probation violation hearing on August 16.
