‘Turn Up The Music’ star Chris Brown has rejected a plea deal in relation to his alleged assault in DC.

The RnB star appeared in court on Wednesday pictured with his security guard and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

He was offered a deal which would reduce the criminal charge to simple assault, Brown’s attorney rejected the deal.

According to reports law enforcement have reportedly found a video footage of the incident (Chris Brown allegedly punched a 20-year-old man in October over a photo bomb), and his attorney wants to see the footage before accepting any sort of deal.

The incident took place outside the W Hotel whilst he was on probation for attacking ‘Please Don’t Stop The Music’ singer Rihanna in 2009.

His probation has since been revoked which included the RnB star serving 90 days in rehab and performing at least 24 hours of community
labor every week.

Chris Brown is due back in court on February 20 for an update on the matter. The case will most likely go to trial because
both Chris Brown and his bodyguard rejected the plea deal.

Police reports state that Chris Brown said “I’m not down with that gay [expletive],” and “I
feel like boxing,” to the victim.

The victim has alleged that he suffered a broken nose because of Chris Brown and had to be treated at a local
hospital.

If Chris Brown is convicted in court because of this assault charge, he is possibly facing up to six months in jail and a 1,000 dollar
fine.
