Chris Brown Robbery Charge Could Land Him In Jail

Chris Brown may have just landed himself in some serious trouble again.

The crooner who is on probation for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna on pre-Grammy night 2009 after a bitter fight is facing robbery charges for stealing a fan’s phone outside of a night club.

According to Florida police, on Sunday morning Christal Spann was leaving South Beach nightclub Cameo when she spotted the singer who was leaving a celebration for his Grammy win.

The 24-year-old Miami resident decided to take a photo of the star who was sitting in his black Bentley- when he realized what was happening he told Spann “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” and grabbed the iPhone from her and left.

Miami Beach Police spokeswoman Deborah Doty said that they are waiting for a warrant before officially launching an investigation into the matter.

Chris Brown should take the O.J. Simpson case as an example, you might get away once that does not imply that will happen twice.

Update:

The Florida State Attorney’s Office will be issuing a warrant for Chris Brown’s arrest as early as this afternoon – although no one knows if he is in the Sunshine state or not.
