Welcome to the Thursday edition of the R&B Playbook.

Chris Brown has debuted a new song called “Wildcat”.

Beyonce has unveiled the “Self-Titled” Part 3 called Run ‘N Gun where she talks about recording 80 songs for her new album.

On Christmas day Justin Bieber announced that he was retiring. He tweeted:

“My beloved beliebers I’m officially retiring.”

He added:

“The media talks a lot about me.They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I’m never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle.”

“Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER.”

This is maybe a ruse to promote his new movie Believe out in theaters now or he is taking a year off.

So what did Rihanna do for Christmas? She celebrated the big day in her mom’s Barbados mansion, gave away presents, received her late grandmother’s bible and stayed in bed because of the rain.

Leona Lewis appeared on several television shows on Christmas day. She performed “One More Sleep” on the Today Show.

She sang “One More Sleep” on the Helene Fischer Show 2013 in Germany.

She also belted out “Run.”

Additionally she unveiled several pictures of herself having a merry Christmas with her love one

Beyonce has taken to her Tumblr account to share a sexy holiday card with her fans along with a handwritten note where she thanked her fans:

“Thank you to all the fans who contributed to making my dreams come true. I wish you a healthy and happy holiday.”

She also unveiled a series of never seen photos of herself and of Blue Ivy Carter.

K. Michelle has unleashed a new remix of her hit song “V.S.O.P.” this time she enlisted rising R&B star August Alsina. The result is pretty cool.
