Death Of Michael Jackson – Here are few statements from stars on the death of Michael Jackson.
Quincy Jones:
“I am absolutely devastated at this tragic and unexpected news. For Michael to be taken away from us so suddenly at such a young age, I just don’t have the words.
Divinity brought our souls together on The Wiz and allowed us to do what we were able to throughout the 80’s.To this day, the music we created together on “Off The Wall,” “Thriller” and “Bad” is played in every corner of the world and the reason for that is because he had it all…talent, grace, professionalism and dedication. He was the consummate entertainer and his contributions and legacy will be felt upon the world forever.I’ve lost my little brother today, and part of my soul has gone with him.”
Justin Timberlake:
“I can’t find the words right now to express how deeply sadden [sic] I am by Michael’s passing. We have lost a genius and a true ambassador of not only Pop music, but of all music. He has been an inspiration to multiple generations and I will always cherish the moments I shared with him on stage and all of the things I learned about music from him and the time we spent together. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.”
Beyonce Knowles:
“This is such a tragic loss and a terrible day. The incomparable Michael Jackson has made a bigger impact on music than any other artist in the history of music. He was magic. He was what we all strive to be. He will always be the king of pop!”
Chris Brown:
“Michael Jackson is the reason why I do music and why I am an entertainer. I am devastated by this great loss, and I will continue to be humbled and inspired by his legacy. My prayers are with his family. Michael will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. He’s the greatest… the best ever. No one will ever be better. ”
Usher:
“This loss has deeply saddened me, with a heavy heart I composed this statement. May God cover you Michael. We all lift your name up in prayer. I pray for the entire JACKSON family particularly Michael’s mother and all his fans that loved him so much. I would not be the artist, performer, and philanthropist I am today without the influence of Michael. I have great admiration and respect for Him and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to meet and perform with such a great entertainer In so many ways he transcended culture. He broke barriers, he changed radio formats! With music, he made it possible for people like Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama to impact the mainstream world. His legacy is unparalleled Michael Jackson will never be forgotten.”

im bewildered. i am half black and brown, my dad is black and i am proud of my color. i wonder why MJ prefered to be identified as a caucasian. even the way he talks, he is not a black man. i can not find a trace of a black man in him. if my beloved president BO will change his color and black feature of his face and the way he talks which is a typically a black man, i will hate him forever. i wonder why my fellow black admires sumbody who abandoned his real race.
Michael Jackson was a swweet innocent angel who left but his music fills our souls.

Michael Jackson will truely truely be missed. I grow up listen to Michael. My Maiden name is Jackson so you know I thought I was in the Jackson family. I love that family and Michael and Jermaine was and will always be my idols.
michael jackson never denied his race of bein a black man. when and where did u ever hear MJ say he didnt want to be BLACK????? PAULA GUEVERRA dont worry im still waitin to hear from YOU. what u mean u cant find a trace of black man in him have u seen his PARENTS?????????? thats all the trace u need to see!!!!! how does a black man talk? how does a black man act. u ignorant!!!!! thats just my opinion!!!!! The world will miss you michael jackson you were and ANGEL that we were blessed to have here on earth. You made music here on earth and now your making it in heaven amongst angels. I pray for your kids and the whole entire jackson family. Now u are in our father’s house made of many mansions. We love u michael jackson
Michael often said how proud he was to be black. That wasn’t something he ever tried to hide. In his song They Don’t Really Care About Us you will hear him refer to himself as black as a brother. Just cuz he doesn’t have the stereotypical sound of a black man doesn’t mean he was ashamed of it. He didn’t slur his words and didn’t sling “nigga” so that made him unblack? If u were a true MJ fan u’d know that wasn’t his style. He was articulate. So is Janet and many of the Jackson clan. They speak proper english, pronounce their words, and don’t use profanity like it’s going out of style. If nothing ever got my respect from them that does. Stereotypes is what make racism so alive today. I based my life off of “Black or White” it never mattered to me he helped me realize it shouldn’t determine how someone will act. I didn’t see color until I was in kindergarten and my best friend couldn’t be friends with me because her mom didn’t like black people and this was in 1998. We love u Michael. They battered u while u were here but I’m glad u don’t have to hear this bull anymore.
Good bye MJ
