Fireworks Drake Ft. Alicia Keys:New Song – As we stated before Drake and Alicia Keys have teamed up once more for the rapper’s first single called “Fireworks” off his upcoming debut CD entitled “Thank Me Later.” The song is a very interesting choice for a lead single seeing that the track is a bit controversial with the Canadian artist touching up on his alleged affair with Rihanna, his relationship with Lil Wayne and shared some very personal thoughts on his absent father.
He raps, “I could tell it wasn’t love, / I just thought you’d f—ed with me/ Who could have predicted/ Lucky Strike would have you stuck with me.Damn, I kept my wits about me, luckily/ What happened between us that night it always seems to trouble me/ Now all of a sudden, these gossip rags want to cover me/ And you making it seem like it happened that way because of me.”
