Keri Hilson Eyes First Quarter 2013 Release For New Album

Keri Hilson who left the spotlight a bit in recent months is back and she is looking to take center stage in 2013.

Hilson performed the classic “She Works Hard For The Money” during a Donna Summer tribute on VH1 Divas 2012‘s show where she earned a lot of praises from fans.

After the performance miss Hilson opened up about her future projects. Supporters will be happy to find out that the “Knock You Down” singer is working on a new album that is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2013. Keri told VH1:

“I took a little break, and I’m back.”

Keri Hilson put out her sophomore album “No Boys Allowed” in 2010 that failed to deliver big numbers, although it birthed the smash single “Pretty Girl Rock.”

While you wait for the singer-songwriter’s new music, she will be making her movie debut in the sci-fi action film The Chronicles of Riddick Dead Man Stalking starring alongside Vin Diesel who became some sort of mentor to her.
