Mary J Blige New Songs Whole Lotta Love & Stairway To Heaven

Mary J Blige New Songs Whole Lotta Love & Stairway To Heaven – Here are two bonus tracks from Mary J Blige called “Whole Lotta Love” which was produced by RedOne and “Stairway To Heaven” which was revised by Travis Barker, “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson and guitarist Steve Vai.
Blige with the help of a sensational electric guitar did a nice job on “Whole Lotta Love” which was originally sang by Led Zeppelin in 1969 (you can listen to it below) and most recently by Adam Lambert.
Blige delivered a very strong and emotional performance on “Whole Lotta Love”.
The singer said about the songs:
“I did Led Zeppelin’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’ and ‘Whole Lotta Love’ — it’s crazy.I am a Led Zeppelin fan. I’m not going to say I’ve been to their concerts, but I’ve listened to their music since I was a child, and it’s always moved me, especially ‘Stairway to Heaven,’ and ‘Whole Lotta Love’ is just fun.Of course, there’s definitely an inner rock chick in Mary J. Blige.Oh man I had a good time doing A Whole Lotta Love, the acting it out, being the rock and roll Mary was so much fun!”
The tracks are featured on the international edition of Blige’s CD “Stronger With Each Tear”.

Pretty Cool !
Lambert’s version is better. So so sexy. MAry had a pretty good voice, but is not sexy at all
WISH MARY WOULD DO A COMPLETE CD OF LED ZEPP.COVER SONGS.
Once I listened to Adam’s rock versionc Nobody can do it better. Adam owns this song!!!
Sorry ! Mary, Adam Lambert is sooooooo much better !!!
Totally horrible. Destroyed the song altogether. She doesn’t have a rock voice and has a soul voice. You need a rock voice to sing this song. Totally butchered WLL. Stairway to Heaven was eh
something new but i dont like it, just my opinion. “bull sh*t”
this is wrong on so many levels, if you sing a genre of music, stick to that genre, you have no right to butcher some of the best songs of that era from a genre you are not part of, how led zeppelin allowed this i do not know. the worst part is the pathetic r n b drum track blending into the background, an insult to everything led zeppelin was about
PLEASE don’t EVER sing Stairway to Heaven again outside of your own home. You have NO business singing a rock classic that you know nothing about. You made that version of the song an absolute disgrace. Shame on you. This song ain’t about some hood rat stuck in an elevator. Do what you do. That’s what you do best.
I thought it was the highlight of the show. I couldn’t believe how great it was. I have never heard it covered by anyone! It was brilliant and wonderful and nostalgic. I am a new fan of Mary J and I hope to see her again soon.
Bravo!
