That was my firt time hearing a song of Maxwell. I he sang that way when he is horse I can’t wait to hear him when he’s well.
I thought Maxwell’s performance was the best of the nite…can’t wait for the album to come out. Maxwell and K’Jon are the only artists that I’m really feelin rite now…I advise everyone to check out K’Jon becuz he is the truth. Y’all can listen to his songs
Maxwell was a bit hoarse, but that’s probably because he’s currently on tour. I saw him in concert a couple of weeks ago, and he was fabulous. Still, Maxwell on a bad night is still better than a lot of these guys out now.
He was definitely a highlight for the evening.

Amazing performance. I watched the awards to see the tribute to Michael and when this guys started to sing, I was hooked; I had never heard of him before. Why didn’t someone tell me? Anyway, I bought his CD on iTunes as soon as it came out and I can’t stop listening to it. So talented! Hoarse throat or no, the way he hits those notes with the such authority and artistry. Great stuff!
