This song is actually has good beats. But the beats and the melody is almost exactly like the song Forget About Me by Little Bit. Anyone agree with me?

Yeah the melody was taken from Forget About Me by Little Bit, if he was asked, he can’t deny it.
Their claiming that Miss Independent is a sample towards Forget About Me now, even though they aren’t even in the same company, and Forget About Me was a blog-entry song that floated around, not even in BMG or made it to radio listings, yet he could claim that Na-Yo took it as a sample.
In my opinion, I say he took the melody because he liked it, and he didn’t think a lot of people would know because Forget About Me isn’t totally out there. That’s what I think. This is too close to call a coincidence. Even some of the lyrics match.
