Ne-Yo’s “Because of You” sold 251,000 copies in the week ended May 7, according to Nielsen SoundScan, fueled by its title track, which is No. 5 on the Hot 100 singles chart. Ne-Yo moved 301,000 copies of his debut debut album, “In My Own Words,” in its first week last February; it has sold 1.4 million to date.
