I like em both as well, prolly eminem a bit more cause theres two songs (lose yourself and stan) which not many others can ever match. Mariahs got a good voice but her songs can be a bit repetitive and after a month or so u never really care if u hear em again…..however with eminem his lyrics are THAT INSANE that it takes months before you even can follow along fully with the lyrics which is kinda awesome.

Mariah has been building her timeline since the early 90′s just a bit earlier than Eminem correct me if I’m wrong but Eminem didn’t come til 98′ I believe with “whatever you say I am” that was one of his 1st biggest hits if not the 1st. Anyway, my point is, Pop and R&B are way bigger than rap and Mariah’s fan base is much larger so obviously you don’t know what your talking about. Eminem mostly targets young ppl in grade school. Mariah carey on the other hand has fans from young to old. I would say mostly between 14-40. I’m 19 years and I was at MAC last week getting some makeup and one of the workers who was like in her late 30′s was chareing her love for Mariah with me. And apparently half of the workers there felt the same way. You won’t find much of that with and Eminem fan base.
