Robin Thicke Sex Therapy: The Experience Album Review – Robin Thicke “Sex Therapy” album will be released on December 15, 2009 via Interscope records.For his fourth studio album Thicke invited rappers Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg and Game among others for some street cred but he mostly shines when he is on his own.Songs like “2 Luv Birds”,”Mona Lisa” and “Brand New Luv” prove that Thicke is a master at what he does.When it comes to electro-funk Robin Thicke is only rivaled by Justin Timberlake.Overall ‘Sex Therapy’ is a decent CD although not as visionary as 2006’s ‘The Evolution of Robin Thicke’ but we are in 2009 and this is as good as it gets when it comes to sexy love songs.I will have to give Robin Thicke ‘Sex Therapy’ CD a 3/5.

I’m sorry, but I felt this album was crap. After proving he can make timeless music, I’m pretty sure the label told him to “dumb it down” for additional sales. “2 Luv Birds” is just a tease at how much he is capable of.
I agree with u that this is not his BEST,but its still great!DAMN ELEVATAS WAS ONE OF THE BEST,KICK-ASS SONGS BY ROBIN!That song really blowed my mind with its all round whip-a** sexiness and style….and the first half had ‘mrs sexy’ and ‘make u love me’ which were cool,soulful tracks that contained very smart lyrics.Besides the first half of the album contained the title track”sex therapy” that is a gem.’Jus right’ is a short,sweet delight while ‘Million Dollar Baby’ is a cla**y old-school marvin Gaye inspired tune. Then again the whole album showcases a more naughty,wild,sexualized robin thicke that we have not seen before!!Even when ‘SEX tHERAPY” goes fast,or slow,it will definitely leave you wanting some more!!
A little disappointed i added a couple songs via itunes but just overall disappointed. His voice has so much cla** but the lyrics don’t have any cla** what so ever. You can still make a sexy album while still being discreet major dissapointment and what a waist of talent.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. idl ne of the collabs…the other songs r hot, though
