Is Whitney Houston Broke? Her Rep Says No
Broke as a joke is the sentence being thrown at R’n'B diva Whitney Houston at the moment – which would explain why she decided to finally produce her new movie Sparkle (see promo picture above)- a project written for the late Aaliyah in the early 2000s.
While she has had an impressive singing and acting career it appears that Houston was unable to keep any of the millions that she made over the decades.
A close source to “The Preacher’s Wife” and “Cinderella”‘s actress did an exclusive interview with celebrity website Radaronline where they made some sad yet not too surprising revelations.
The unnamed person stated that Whitney Houston does not have a penny in the bank, she wasted her large fortune that was said to be around $200,000,000 on her crack and cocaine addiction, rehabilitation centers and on her lavish lifestyle.
The person claimed that Whitney – who was once married to Bobby Brown recently called a friend to borrow 100 dollars and was forced to take an advance from her label in order to keep her head above water.
But is now having difficulties delivering an album.
The “Saving All My Love for You”‘s rep has denied the story stating that the star is focusing on her movie career at the moment.
