Janet Jackson Announces ‘Rhythm Nation’ Anniversary Tour — Some Fans Are Hoping For More Dates

Janet Jackson Rhythm Nation Anniversary Tour Dates Announced

Janet Jackson is still going strong, and even though some of her critics seemed to believe that she was on her way out in terms of relevance, that is very far from the actual case, looking at her recent performances and endeavors.

Jackson just recently announced her anniversary tour, Rhythm Nation, celebrating 30 years since the release of the iconic album.

However, fans should note that the dates announced so far seem quite limited, and those who want to see the famous singer in person will have to plan very carefully.

She will start in Minnesota on September 14 and will go through the country over the next couple of months, culminating in Hawaii on November 20 and 21 for a double show.

Outside of the US, Janet is going to visit Australia and New Zealand, but it does not look like she has plans to go through many other countries at this point.

Some of the singer’s fans have expressed their disappointment over the limited planned appearances she is going to make, but this is likely all her schedule allows for at the moment.

Plus, for someone who has been on her legendary stature, it is commendable that she still wants to meet fans everywhere.

Many celebrities with her experience usually choose to retire early, and she still has the strong admiration of most of her supporters because of her evident dedication to the stage.

Hopefully, a lot of supporters get to see even more incredible performances from her in the near future after this tour is over.

One follower shared: “Once you announce you’re coming back to NYC, my credit card will be ready for a meet and greet! Period, Pooh! 😘”

A second person added: “I’m coming to San Francisco! My birthday is on 09/07, and this concert is my gift from me to me. 🤷🏽‍♂️ 🥳🎂🎁”
